About the Development
Depending on selections, completion/customization typically runs 90-120 days from the time the home arrives here on-site. Our contractors strive to bring each home to completion as quickly as possible once it physically arrives, but please be aware that manufacturing and permitting timelines can be slightly unpredictable. As of 2024, there have been significantly fewer (if any) delays. The Meadows development is comprised of two phases; The first of which was fully built out and sold 2020-2023, and the second of which is currently under construction. For a detailed map of units currently available, please reference the 'Available Lots' tab.
The Meadows development is designed to be a safe and friendly environment with light covenants to protect the quality of the neighborhood while not being overly restrictive. The security gate at the entrance is accessed via remotes which are provided to all new homeowners at closing. The budget is set up to require minimal dues while still maintaining sufficient funding for all common components and features in the neighborhood. The community drainfield is monitored by the Jefferson County PUD which ensures proper oversight and maintenance.
Manufactured homes have evolved significantly over the past decade and in many ways the homes are superior to stick-built. All assembly takes place in a covered, dry, climate-controlled facility with thorough inspections completed by Labor and Industries at all significant points of construction. Additionally, we pour full concrete slab foundations to ensure the home's safety, longevity, and to achieve the desired aesthetic. Often people will ask, "Is this really a manufactured home?" We take that as a compliment.

Designated open space surrounds and partitions sections of The Meadows to maintain a feel of openness in the neighborhood and all site plans are thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum privacy and view preservation.
